A Telegram bot that automates load searching and quoting on Courier Exchange. It polls for matching loads, reads intent with an LLM, and submits quotes, all from a chat window. Runs in production.
Turns bystander phone video into triaged incident reports. Extracts frames, scores urgency with a vision model, and surfaces cases on a monitor dashboard. AI failure never blocks a submission. Built overnight with 65 tests, pitched to police teams in India and the UK.
Live dashboard tracking sponsor register changes, Home Office policy updates, and active petitions. Transforms raw Home Office CSVs into a diffed intelligence feed, and joins Companies House data to build an industry-filterable directory of 86,668 matched sponsors. Backed by 90 tests.

Open-source remote MCP server connecting Claude to Acumatica ERP: 49 tools, per-user OAuth, role-based access, and audit logging on Cloudflare Workers. Contributed the merged PR that added its first write tools, safety-gated with dry-run confirmation, growing the test suite from 51 to 64.
Website for SMILE Children's Charity, a registered Scottish charity supporting families in Larkhall. First consulting client. In active development, with an early version already live.
Multi-account Gmail MCP server for Claude Code. Searches threads, reads messages, and composes drafts across accounts. Read and draft only by design: it never sends, deletes, or modifies mail.

For years I built business software: applications, data systems, and integrations with C#, .NET, SQL, and cloud platforms. I learned how real systems get designed, shipped, and kept running.
Then I went all in on AI. I design and build real products: automation that handles the boring work, multimodal apps, and tools that solve one problem well. I move fast, ship things that run in production, and sweat the details that make software genuinely useful.
Right now I'm doing two things: looking for an AI engineering role where I can build at scale, and helping businesses put AI to work through freelance and consulting projects.
